What You'll Learn
Like in any sport, elite tennis players must keep their bodies in peak condition. We are teaching tennis to kids, adults, and groups. We work with our students to enhance their speed, agility, endurance, and injury prevention skills — allowing these athletes to get the most out of their game. Our world-qualified trainer is a former professional football player, meaning he knows what it takes to stay in top shape.
Tennis is about more than hitting the ball as hard as you can. The strategic element of the sport is just as, if not more, important as strength and speed. The top athletes know where and when they're going to hit the ball, how they'll recover from a bad shot or match, and how to anticipate their opponents' next moves. We'll teach you how to pay attention to these details and take your tennis strategy to the next level.
